Move, reset, repeat
Exercise is part of how I stay grounded, clear my head, and keep enough energy for everything and everyone that matters.
Hi, I'm

Husband, father, technology professional, traveler, Panthers fan, curious listener, and lifelong learner.
Meet the person behind the résumé ↓A little context
I'm a husband and the proud father of two daughters. Our family also includes two dogs, Brownie and Mills. Home is where that lively crew is, and family is the center of every chapter of my story.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Appalachian State University. Away from work, I enjoy exercise, faraway family travel, discovering good food, music and mystery podcasts, and summer drives through the mountains.
02 · Postcards from the journey
Travel has taken me from iconic cities in Asia to the canals of Italy and coastlines made for wandering. Every destination has expanded how I see people, culture, food, and the world.

03 · What keeps life interesting
Exercise is part of how I stay grounded, clear my head, and keep enough energy for everything and everyone that matters.
I love traveling far with my family, seeing new corners of the world, and finding the memorable meals that make every destination its own.
Music is always welcome, but Crime Junkie, Anatomy of Murder, and Criminal are favorites—especially when a story offers a mystery or a spooky turn.
My favorite place is the mountains in summer: windows down on the Parkway, a cool breeze, and long-range views stretching toward the horizon.
